1. Data Collection
Decent Marriage Bureau collects various data strictly required to facilitate matrimonial matchmaking. This includes, but is not limited to: your name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, photographs, geographic location, religious and socio-economic background data, and physical attributes. We also monitor platform telemetry such as profile views, "Interests" sent, and inbox activity to dynamically calculate your Profile Gamification Score.
2. KYC & Identity Verification
To maintain a secure, fraud-free environment, we allow the submission of Government ID (Passport/CNIC) via our KYC portal. These uploaded documents are strictly classified as highly confidential. They are securely encrypted on our servers, utilized solely by our administrative team to grant the ` Verified` badge, and are never exposed to public frontend users.
3. Data Sharing with Third-Parties
We do not sell your personal demographic data to outside marketing or advertising agencies. However, your public profile data may be visible to registered members. Furthermore, if your profile was physically created and is actively managed by an authorized Matchmaking Agency (Partner), that agency has full administrative visibility over your inbox communications, profile configuration, and notification data.
4. Analytics and Profiling
By using the service, you consent to our algorithmic profiling tools. We actively monitor which users view your profile ("Who Viewed Me") and process your interaction history through our Artificial Intelligence Matching matrix in order to suggest highly relevant soulmates for you and to calculate your global Profile Score.
5. Data Deletion Rights
Under standard data protection laws, you have the right to request the complete expungement of your personal data from our servers. You may execute this by requesting account deletion via our Support channels. Pending Partner Agency campaigns must be manually detached before deletion. Deletion strictly removes public visibility immediately, though backup telemetry may be retained temporarily for legal or security compliance.
