Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods and Services

Decent Marriage Bureau operates predominantly by providing access to an exclusive digital networking platform. Upon purchasing a Premium Subscription Tier (e.g., Gold or Platinum) or an Agency Partnership, you gain immediate, irrevocable access to digital goods including but not limited to: unrestricted messaging, AI analytics, gamified profile boosting, and physical candidate data. Therefore, all standard purchases are largely considered final and non-refundable.

2. Dispute Window

If you believe there was a genuine technical error processing your card, or you were double-billed by our payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, JazzCash, EasyPaisa), you may file a billing dispute within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction timestamp. We will review internal server logs, and if substantiated, process a full localized refund.

3. Ban & Suspension Forfeiture

Users or Partner Agencies who are suspended or permanently banned from the platform for violating the Community Guidelines (including abusive harassment, soliciting funds, spoofing profiles, or dodging automated bot filters) immediately forfeit any remaining subscription duration. No prorated or full refunds will be issued to banned accounts under any legal circumstance.

4. Partner Agency Specifics

B2B Matchmaking Agencies purchasing wholesale corporate packages or licensing our SaaS matching engine acknowledge that such enterprise payments are completely non-refundable once the centralized Agency Dashboard is technically provisioned and activated by a Super Admin.

5. Contact Billing

For all financial disputes or tier downgrades, please email billing@decentmarriage.com with your unique Customer ID and the cryptographic transaction receipt. We strive to process inquiries within 3-5 business days.
