These terms apply to all individuals, candidates, and authorized third-party Matchmaking Agencies ("Partners") utilizing our services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be of legal marriageable age in your respective jurisdiction (e.g., 18+ for females and 21+ for males in certain regions).
• You must be legally competent to enter into a matrimonial contract.
• The information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up-to-date.
• Creating multiple accounts or fake profiles is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

3. AI Matchmaking & Platform Algorithms

Our Platform employs Gamification metrics (Popularity Scores) and Artificial Intelligence Algorithms to suggest candidate matches based on user activity, profile completeness, and stated preferences. Decent Marriage Bureau makes no warranties regarding the guaranteed compatibility or outcome of any AI-suggested match. Recommendations are predictive and subjective.

4. Automation and Communication

By utilizing our premium Inbox features, you consent to the operation of Automated Smart Replies. If configured by a user or an authorized Partner Agency, the platform may send automated background responses (such as Polite Rejections or 'Out of Office' messages) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring these automations accurately reflect your intent.

5. Authorized Partner Agencies (B2B)

Authorized Matchmaking Agencies ("Partners") operate on this Platform representing multiple candidates. Partners are legally bound to solicit explicit consent from their physical clients before uploading their profiles or acting on their behalf. Any Partner found misrepresenting candidates or violating our strict Trust Framework will have their agency dashboard immediately suspended without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Decent Marriage Bureau acts strictly as a digital facilitator. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, either online or offline. It is entirely your responsibility to conduct independent background checks and exercise extreme caution before sharing private contact data, transferring funds, or physically meeting any candidate discovered through our Platform.
